Based in Brighton, East Sussex, Line4 is run by freelance web designer Marcus Riley.

Line4 primarily work with small businesses that cannot fund the expense of in-house designers. We provide affordable services that cover all aspects of web design. Additionally, we can setup email addresses, register domain names, and host the domain - basically handling all the web related aspects of the business, allowing the company or individual to concentrate on their own area of expertise.
